+ Sunday School – Sunday, 9:00 am
We have our Sunday School divided according to age or grade, from newborns through our Senior Citizens. The goal of our classes is to teach our students the Word of God, and how its truths apply to their lives on a day to day basis.
+ Morning Worship – Sunday, 10:15 am
The central focus of our worship service is to lift up the Person of Christ and advance His Kingdom in the world. We seek to do this in a variety of ways in our services – but the primary means is through the instruction that comes from God’s Word. Through expository preaching of the Scriptures, Pastor Brady makes practical applications that help in understanding how the truths of the Bible can be lived out in our lives.
+ AWANA – Wednesday, 6:30 pm
Awana (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) is a children’s program that we have on Wednesday Nights, September – mid-April, from 6:30 – 8:15 p.m.
We run 3 Awana Clubs: Cubbies [for those children who are 3 years old by September of the club year - through Kindergarden]; Sparks [1st - 3rd Grades]; and TNT [4th - 6th Grades]). These clubs are staffed by volunteers from Unity Baptist.
+ Teen Youth Group – Thursday, 6:30 pm
Our Teen Youth Group is a youth program for all teenagers in 7th grade through 12th grade that we have on Thursday Nights throughout the year, from 6:30 – 8:15 p.m.
Youth group is a time for teens in the community to come to our Unity Youth Center and build relationships with other teens while learning to have a real relationship with the Lord. It is a time that is filled with fun games, exciting worship, and challenging lessons from God’s Word. For more information, click on the Youth Ministry tab at the top of the page.
+ Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies
MIGHTY MEN – Our “Mighty Men” are a small group ministry to our men whose goal is to establish them in the faith. The name is taken from the biblical description of that group of good and godly men who stood with David as he sought to accomplish God’s will and purpose.
These groups are headed by laymen from Unity. Each group meets on a different day and time from the other groups, to make it possible for all of our men to find a group that will accomodate their work schedule.
Mighty Men Group #1: Meets at Unity Baptist Church on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. This Group is led by Pastor Steve Brady.
Mighty Men Group #2: Meets at Ed McCammack’s Home on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m. This Group is led by Ed McCammack.
Mighty Men Group #3: Meets at the Unity Youth Center on Saturday mornings from 8-9 a.m. This Group is led by Pastor Dan Neighbors.
Ladies Bible Study – We offer Bible Studies to the ladies during the Spring and Fall of each year. These studies, led by Ellen Brady, meet on Tuesday morning (9-11 a.m.) and Tuesday evening (6-8 p.m.).
