We are excited to announce that our Awana Clubs for kids will be starting again on September 21st, 2011. All kids are invited to be a part of one of our three different Awana Clubs: Cubbies (preschool), Sparks (K-2), and T&T (third to sixth grade). Awana Clubs are a great place for children to meet new friends and build their confidence, be involved in fun activities which will encourage physical exercise, and most importantly learn about God from the Bible to help them grow spiritually! If you would like your child to be involved in Awana Clubs at Unity Baptist Church, please don’t hesitate to contact us here at the church.

Attention AWANA Club Members and Parents: The 4th Annual AWANA Grand Prix is coming to Unity Baptist Church this Wednesday, February 23rd. At 6:30 p.m. AWANA clubbers will be starting their engines and competing for top prizes in the AWANA Club Grand Prix. Last Wednesday night, clubbers were able to have their race car cut out of wood blocks in a design of their choosing. It was then their job to take that wooden car home, paint it, put on some weights and wheels, and turn it into super speedy race car! Hopefully, all of the clubbers have prepared their cars and are ready to race during Wednesday’s festivities. Prizes will be awarded for fastest cars as well as best looking and most creative race cars. If you are a parent and would like to join us for this event, please don’t hesitate to stop by and watch with us at 6:30!
