UNITE Youth Group Video Scavenger Hunt

Date: Saturday, November 17, 2012
Time: 5-9 pm
Location: Unity Youth Center

This Saturday night, November 17 at 5pm, the Unity Youth Group will be heading out into the streets of Champaign-Urbana for The UNITE Video Scavenger Hunt! Their goal is to figure out clues and complete a list of crazy tasks which are spread out across town. They will have to stop at restaurants, businesses, cemeteries, statues, peoples’ homes, and many other places to accomplish each task. With a digital camera in hand, they will take video and pictures of each stop to document their tasks.

The goal of the night is to be the team which accomplishes the most tasks on the list correctly. Tasks may include standing on your head, singing embarrassing songs, finding well known citizens of Champaign-Urbana, proposing to Wal-Mart greeters, and many other things you normally wouldn’t do. Good thing we’re documenting everything with photos and video so that we can watch it all when we get back to the youth center! Don’t worry though, your embarrassing moments won’t go to waste; the winning team will receive prizes that will make the other teens wish that they had been so lucky!

This is going to be a fun night that you get to do things you’ve never done before or even thought about doing. So invite a friend to join us in the craziness! Just meet at the Youth Center at 5pm! We’ll have pizza and pop to give you refreshment after you get back from driving all over town. Just bring $3 to help out with the cost. You won’t regret that you came!
